How to Participate
The Bureau is always interested in receiving suggestions, feedback and input from the public. We welcome commentary via mail, E-mail, fax, phone, or in person at any one of our public meetings We also hold workshops to educate the public and the industry about our responsibilities and the rules and regulations we enforce. Laws and Regulations Relevant to Current Public Proceedings
- Regulation change was proposed to Section 1374.2, Title 4, Article 13 of the California Code of Regulations, flammability standards, to exempt strollers, infant carriers, and nursing pillows from the flammability requirements of Technical Bulletin 117. Additionally, excluding certain furniture manufactured solely for recreational use or physical fitness purposes.
